The TWGHs Jockey Club Rehabilitation Complex is one of the largest rehabilitation facilities in Hong Kong. In order to cope with the increasing need of services provision, the Jockey Club has allocated over HK$90M for the construction of additional dormitories and day care centres. Two storey of steel structure is added on top of the existing building frame together with a specially designed roof garden catering for the needs of the users. Special care on environmental sustainability and nuisance suppression are required during the construction process and future operation of the facility.
