The redevelopment project consisted of building a 9-storey building which serves as a social community centre and a care & attention home. The new building is expected to act as a focal point for the community with ample space providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere such that service users would gather, share, participate and contribute with each other. Another aim is to target a green and sustainable design with the principle of conservation. A specially designed Sensory Roof Garden would be one of
the essential features.
