HKU has purchased a 50 years old secondary school premises located on a nostalgic Residential Terrace in the Western District.

 

UIL has been commissioned to convert the whole building into a 91 rooms Post graduate Residence. Special consideration on heritage presentation together with LEED and BEAM plus gold rating are required.
