The project aims to revitalize the very congested space underneath the Canal Road Flyover into a local civic plaza, transportation and cultural hub, linking the new development around the Times Square and the traditional market places around Bowrington Road  special vernacular culture of 打小人 will be emphasized as a tourist attraction for local heritage.
